font-size: 10pt;">To attract what you want in life, you have to change or shift your energy. Everything in this world is made up of energy including us. Other people pick up on your energy. If you have positive energy you'll attract positive people, and positive situations into your life. If you have negative energy, you'll attract negative people, and negative situations into your life.

If you're not getting what you want then there's a very good chance that you're simply sending out the wrong energy. You'll attract what corresponds to your energy. Negative energy attracts negative situations. Positive energy attracts positive situations. It's really that simple.

So if you're not getting what you want, you're likely sending out the wrong energy. Change your energy and you'll start getting what you want. Just what is your energy? Your energy is based on your thoughts and beliefs. Your subconscious mind picks up on your thoughts and beliefs. It then goes out and creates situations that correspond to your thoughts and beliefs (your energy).

Other people pick up your energy on a subconscious level. They're not consciously aware of your energy but they just develop a feeling about you based on your energy. If you have negative energy you'll attract negative people and negative situations.

At the same time you'll repel positive people and positive situations. This is NOT a good combination if you want to create a positive and successful life.

If you constantly think of the worst, if you find that you're regularly negative, if you don't believe that you can ever achieve anything, if you don't believe that anybody can be good, if you constantly complain, if you always see the worst in situations, if you regularly put others down, if you're just a negative person you will develop negative energy and in the end you'll only attract more negative situations into your life.

These kinds of situations or negative energy will only make your life miserable and in the end it will be even more difficult for you to achieve your goals and create the changes that you want. At the same time you'll push away positive people and positive situations. So by being negative and having negative energy things will continue to get worse.

Being negative is really a no win situation and you should do everything that you can to stop being negative and eliminate any negative energy that you have. Change the way you see things and begin eliminating the negative thoughts and negative beliefs. This will change your energy so that you begin attracting what you want.

Start changing how you think. And if you're not getting what you want out of life it's time to change the way you think and act then only will you be able to change your energy and attract better, positive situations into your life while creating and attracting what you want.

During the day observe how you respond to situations, see how you react to things you don't like, or just to situations in general. Pay attention to the comments you make to friends, colleagues and relatives. Are they positive or negative? Do you always point out the negative? Do you complain or think of the worst?

If something goes wrong do you get angry, blame somebody, or have a series of negative thoughts? Or do you focus on a solution, accept responsibility and create the changes that you want? If you find that you have a negative reaction then you're only creating more negative energy and attracting more negative situations.

Start shifting your energy and you will begin attracting what you want and you'll eliminate all those negative situations in your life.

Get started today - visit: http://www.awinningattitude.com

TIME TO CHANGE YOUR ENERGY....for success in 2011

No Such Thing As Luck

You create your own luck, plain and simple. I believe that what you think about - you create. If you think and believe you're lucky, you'll have good things happen. I've always believed that I am lucky in fact I say it all the time. And then I focus on all the good things in my life.

It would be just as easy to focus on all that is wrong and say how unlucky I am... then I'd just end up attracting and creating negative events in my life. But why would you want to do that, why do that when you can enjoy good luck and have things work out for you.

You can be Lucky

You can be lucky if you want to be, and now even scientists agree...that you do create your own luck and it all starts with how you think and what you believe.

Researchers followed 400 people between 18 and 84 for 10 years, hoping to find out why some people are lucky and others are not. What they found surprised them, here’s their conclusion;

You create your own luck based on what you think about, what you focus on and how you see things, all of which you can change.

Sounds like a simple process to me... yet millions of people choose to focus on everything that is going wrong and how unlucky they are. Then things get worse and they can't understand why

they're so unlucky.

Change your Thinking

Once you change the way you think and the way you see things you will begin to create your own good luck and good fortune. It's really that simple.

Researchers also found that lucky people are lucky because they seize opportunities; they create positive beliefs about themselves, and turn negative events into positive situations by looking at what good things have developed, and how things could have been much worse. They always focus on the positive aspects.

Instead of complaining, they're thankful for what happened and look at the positive side of the situation; they always see the glass as half full.

If you're not doing any of the above then you may find that you have more "bad" luck than good luck.

How to start creating good luck

Begin attracting what you want. Train your mind and subconscious mind to be more positive and more optimistic. Direct your mind and subconscious mind to recognize opportunities and start to believe that you really are a lucky and fortunate person. Create a belief system that allows you to be lucky so that you have the life you want and more.

Lucky people have more opportunities than those who are unlucky because they try to find the silver lining or opportunity in every situation. Unlucky people miss opportunities because they're too busy looking for something else, or complaining, they are not open to possibilities and feel they have to do things a certain way.

Try a different approach

Lucky people also change their approach they are prepared to try different things and are willing to take a chance. Unlucky people are habitual and insist on things being a certain way, and that they know better and that they're always right.

You can go from unlucky to being lucky - and here's how;

A group of unlucky people were asked to try doing things differently. Amazingly 80 percent of those who changed the way they did things.

They decided to focus on the good fortune rather than the bad fortune

They changed the way they thought about things, they became more positive and open minded.

They ended up being happier and more satisfied with their lives.

They started to have good luck and had good things happen for them.

A few simple changes leads to a better life and you can go from having bad luck to good luck!

Ready to change your luck

You can now break free from those negative habits and create new habits that allow you to enjoy life, succeed and have good things happen.

Train your mind and subconscious mind to start working for you by getting those great powers to move you in a new, positive and lucky direction. Start creating your own good luck today.

Remember if you don't do anything, if you don't change the way your mind works and direct your subconscious mind to create the life you want, everything will stay the same and nothing changes.

This is your life - make the most of it - begin working with the power of your mind and subconscious mind to create the life you really want.

Powerful Tips To Win Negotiations

Negotiating is the process of attempting to agree on a solution. Compromising or settling on a mutually agreeable solution, is the result of successful negotiations. Compromise is all about being flexible. It means being able to generate alternative solutions when you've "hit a brick wall." Whether it involves a person you can't get along with, an idea you know will work but that others are reluctant to embrace, a change in office systems or a turf war that needs ending, learning to negotiate and compromise is essential to your success.

Develop A Winning Attitude

Your attitude is essential to the outcome you want. You improve your chance of achieving a mutually rewarding solution if you approach the negotiation as an opportunity to learn and achieve an all-win outcome.

Meet on Mutual Ground

Find a mutually agreeable and convenient physical space to meet that is comfortable for all involved. Agree on when you will meet and how much time is available to devote to the process. Whenever possible, deal with negotiations face-to-face. Be careful about negotiating over the phone or in e-mail. A lack of facial expressions, and other cues can result in a negotiation breakdown.

Clearly Define and Agree

Agree on a statement of the issue using simple and factual terms. If the situation is multifaceted, search for ways to slice the large issue into smaller chunks and deal with one issue at a time. Repeating if necessary to ensure each has the correct facts.

Do your Homework

Take time to plan. You must not only know what is at stake for yourself, but you need to know the other side's concerns and motivation. Take into consideration any history or past situations that might affect the negotiations. Know the must-haves (non-negotiable items) and nice-to-haves (negotiable items). Determine the best resolution, a fair and reasonable compromise and a minimally acceptable deal.

Take an Honest Approach

Determine your level of trust in the other person and the process. Be conscious of aspects of your personality that can help or hinder the process. Remember everyone likes to win.

Look for Common Goals to Achieve

Get on the same side by finding and establishing similarities. Since conflict tends to magnify perceived differences and minimise similarities, look for common goals, objectives or even gripes that can illustrate that you are in this together. Focus on the future, talk about what needs to be done and tackle the problem jointly.

Deal with Facts

Address problems, not emotions or personalities. Avoid any tendency to attack the other person or to pass judgment on his or her ideas and opinions. Avoid focusing on the past or blaming the other person. Maintain a rational, goal-oriented frame of mind. This will depersonalise the conflict, separate the issues from the people involved and avoid defensiveness.

Be Honest

Don't play games. Be honest and clear about what is important to you and communicate why your goals, issues and objectives are important to you and your business.

Wow them

Create options and alternatives that demonstrate your willingness to compromise. Consider conceding in areas that might have high value to the other person but are not that important to you. Frame options in terms of the other person's interests and provide evidence for your point of view. Give your customer more than they expect to receive.

Be an Expert Communicator

Nothing shows determination to find a mutually satisfactory resolution to conflict more than applying excellent communication skills. Ask questions, listen, repeat and rephrase what you heard from them, to check for understanding and take a genuine interest in the other side's concerns. Reduce any tension through humour, let others vent their concerns and acknowledge their views. Focus less on your position and more on ways in which you can move towards a resolution or compromise.

End on a Good Note

Make an all-win proposal and check to make sure that everyone involved leaves the situation feeling they have won. Shake on it and agree on the action steps: who is responsible for each step, how success will be measured and how and when the decision will be evaluated. Be open to accepting an impasse for noncritical issues; agree to disagree.

Enjoy the Process

Look at the benefits of learning other people's point of view. People report that after overcoming conflict and reaching an agreement, the relationship grew even stronger. Reflect and learn from each negotiation you enter into.

Develop Your Inner Power Centre

This means training your mind to work with your subconscious mind - so you live the life you want and achieve your goals.

By developing your Inner Power you will make lasting changes in your life, changes that you haven't been able to make until now.

You will discover the Key to Success and how you can radically change or improve your life. So let's get started........

The Key To Success

If you want to be successful at anything you first have to believe that you can accomplish, your road to success lies is your belief system. If you have a negative belief system then your success will be limited. If you have a positive belief system then you will enjoy success after success and a happy and rewarding life.

Beliefs are vibrations sent to the subconscious mind and the universe. These vibrations are then manifested in reality. We're going to look at how your limited beliefs create a limited reality and what you can do to change that.

Unfortunately most people don't believe that they can achieve their goals. They often wish they can - but they don't truly believe this. In the end they have a negative belief system that limits them.

Why?

Because a lot of people have been conditioned to believe that to achieve anything its difficult, that life is tough, that you have to fight to get to the top, etc.

These are all limited belief patterns that will destroy your chances for success. Any negative thought pattern or belief will create a vibration that will ultimately limit or destroy your chances for success.

Negative Thoughts

Where do these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs come from?

For most of your life, your mind has been reacting to situations, listening to others, following what other people say and basically going in a negative direction.

Why?

Because your mind has never been told what to do. Look at it this way: There's your mind - which contains all of these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs - and then there's
you - who wants to achieve all these wonderful goals.

However you have negative thought patterns that go against your ability to achieve your goals.

Example:

You want to be successful in your business. But your thought pattern is that you're not as good as your competitors, that your not capable of success, no one likes you, companies are cutting back so you won’t get any work.

If you have such a negative thought pattern and negative beliefs about your abilities - no matter how much you may want to do better and no matter how much you may want to improve your performance in your work - it won't happen.

Why not? Because you don't believe it will happen. Every belief you have is picked up by your subconscious mind and manifested in reality. Negative thought patterns lead to a negative belief about particular areas of your life. Your subconscious mind doesn't distinguish between what is
good for you and what is bad for you. It doesn't say: "Hey, let's not do that - it won't be good for you." That moral clause is in your mind - your subconscious simply responds to the instructions
from the mind. Those instructions are your thoughts, and beliefs.

That's why if you have a negative belief about something - your reality will represent that belief - and you continue to believe it - because you think it's true. It becomes a vicious cycle, which you
created in the first place because of the negative thought pattern that you held on to for so long.

Positive Thoughts

The only way you can break it is to change your beliefs - then your reality will change. Start changing your beliefs today and begin taking control of your life right now. This is what developing your inner power centre is all about – changing your negative beliefs to positive beliefs and action.

Start now to train your mind and subconscious mind to create the life you want. These daily exercises of positive thinking will change your life – believe it!

If you want to be successful, enjoy happiness and inner fulfillment, become more confident - then start examining the areas that need improvement.

Then take the next step and make note of your thought patterns? Do they limit you? Are they getting in the way of what you want to achieve? Do they help you accomplish your goals?

Lets take a look at some other examples of positive and negative beliefs.

Relationships

Suppose you want to meet the right person - but you believe that there are no good men or women out there. You believe that relationships are difficult and that you can't have a long-term relationship. You believe that all relationships come to an end.

No matter what you do, no matter what you try, you'll never meet the right person because your limiting belief system will stop you and sabotage every relationship and every opportunity for a
long-term relationship.

Money & Success

If you have a negative belief system about money or success, if you worry, get stressed, or get scared about the future - your subconscious will act on these beliefs and make them your reality. In many ways you destroy your own life, based on the negative thoughts that you constantly have.

Negative beliefs and negative thought patterns will make your life miserable.

Where do these negative beliefs and negative thought patterns come from? They come from how you interpret your past experiences, they come from your upbringing, they come from your childhood experiences, they come from conversations with friends, neighbours, and people you trust.

The good news is – you don't have to live with these beliefs forever. They don't have to be a part of your life from now on. You can change these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs
into powerful positive thoughts and powerful positive beliefs so that you achieve your goals and live the life you want.

Visit: http://www.awinningattitude.com

Start now, today, changing and eliminating negative thoughts. It is a choice you have to make every, single day. Whenever you are faced with this conflict of choices, bring with you these tiny nuggets of wisdom on motivation.

Never mind that you're not this or that

It all begins with little excuses like 'I don’t feel good', 'I am not that smart', 'I don't have enough faith in myself'. Then you start believing in these things like they are written in stone, then these negative beliefs become a part of your system, a part of who you are.

Don’t give a second's worth of recognition on these negative self-talks. Whenever you hear that part of your brain tell you things that can pull you down, shut it out and listen to that less powerful, but often times ignored voice that says 'you can!'.

Try to have a little faith - in yourself, in what you can do, and the things you believe in. It doesn't matter if you fail, everyone goes through that hurtful process. What matters is that every time you do, you bounce back, rebuild yourself, and give the world a better you.

Be very careful when choosing your side

You can either talk yourself into doing the task or not, which means you can either be a part of success that one part of your head says you can be, or take part in the downfall the other side of your head tries to go to. Always take that side of your brain that believes in you, that cares about your well-being, and pushes you to be the person you are trying to be.

Try to win the debate with yourself every time. Remember that sometimes, the act of doing something is not really difficult. It's the few minutes of mental chatter leading up to doing the act.

Hold on to that something that matters to you

There is nothing more meaningful in life than that something that we dearly hold on to. Some people call it their passion, others call it their cause. What do you call yours?

Cause, passion, or whatever it is that propels your inner drive to accomplish something is a very powerful source of motivation. It never runs dry. It flows so long as you hold on to that thing you care about. Sometimes, it is what makes people do the impossible in the face of difficulties. And it is that thing that gives them the courage to face and get through the biggest difficulties life throws at them.

Dream big

Big dreams inspire. It makes people work harder, with even more passion. What would happen to people if they have nothing to shoot for? Nothing. If there are no Olympic medals and several hundred Olympians to compete against, the champions will never exist. If Mount Everest is not the highest mountain, there will be no mountaineers and hikers who struggle everyday to reach the peak.

If you don’t dream big, you would stay forever in that nook of the world where everything is mediocre, where sense of achievement is an abstract concept, and where success is all but inexistent.

Compete with yourself

Competing with others is good, but oftentimes it is sure-fire way to demotivate yourself because you will start to compare yourself with others each and every time. Run your own, personal race. How many times have you heard the saying, 'you are your worst enemy'?

Are You A Good Listener?

<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> What we simply hear can very easily come in one ear and go out the other, but when we really focus on listening to what the other person is saying, something physiological happens to us. We may register that information physically, emotionally, or intellectually! That is because when that information captures our attention, we involve ourselves with the information that is being shared with us.

I would like to share some tips for becoming a better listener. The first tip is that when someone else is talking to us, it is important not to interrupt them. It is true that we all have our stories to tell, but when we are listening to someone else talk it should be about them, not about us. So the next time you are listening and have the urge to interrupt, take a breath and refocus your attention on the other person. You just might learn something important, and at the very least the person you are with will appreciate your attentiveness.

The next tip to being a good listener is to abstain from holding judgment. The minute our judgment kicks in, our listening usually stops. That is because it is hard to pay attention when we become preoccupied with our personal opinion over what we are hearing. Moreover, putting aside our judgment puts the other person at ease and helps them feel more comfortable and relaxed, enabling them to be open and honest with us.

By becoming a good listener ourselves we set an example for those around us and create a better opportunity for ourselves to be heard. And on a different note, one of the greater benefits of being a good listener is that when we apply these principles to listening to our own inner voice, we gain access to a world of wisdom all our own.

Having Problems With Staying Motivated?

Most of us have love-hate relationship with motivation. We need to get motivated all the time but we always find it hard to get out of our comfort zones and get ourselves working. We like to feel motivated but we hate the process of prodding ourselves into doing what we are supposed to be doing or finishing what we have already started.

Motivation is an hard to pin down thing. What few people realise though is that while it may be hard to pin down at times, there are plenty of things one can do to muster enough motivation to get yourself going.

Quit the debate -The battle always starts in the head. It begins ten to five minutes before you start doing the thing you have to do – whether it's a task, a business plan, a goal.

In the normal course of hesitating to do your task, one part of your head tries to talk you into doing it. It is immediately followed by a voice that talks you out of it. This process goes on until you decide to follow either of the two voices – abandon the task and live with the uneasy, guilty feeling or finish it and feel satisfied. The right choice is obvious, but the immediate convenience of the 'easy way out' presents make it very enticing.

Try not to prolong the debate. The longer it goes on, the more difficult it will be for you to begin and finish your task, the less motivated you will feel. This mental chatter is an absolute motivation killer.

Find your inspiration - Inspiration almost always comes out of nowhere. It is funny how one can feel inspired by simply listening to the rhythm of the falling rain or by simply watching little children play. It is amazing how a witty line from a poem can enlighten your mind and your mood.

It is never fully clear why these things happen, but it is evident that they happen all the time. When lacking the inspiration to get off your butt and do your work, try to look at the most unassuming places and see if something inside you will react. Don’t push it, though. Inspiration is a sudden occurrence, it can never be manufactured. It comes when the time is ripe.

Take a break - Exhaustion can kill your mood, not to mention lower your motivation level. There is enough time in the world to do and finish everything you have to do so don’t race against time. Always take the time to reward yourself with some sunshine and warm bath. Or with some relaxing minutes under the trees or in your bed. However you do it, just try to have the faith that once you get back to the drawing board, your mind is already geared to be productive. Don’t be afraid to take some time off and reward yourself with rest.

Always enjoy the process - What are life and work if they are not enjoyed? Try to always find the purpose and happiness in everything you do, no matter how uninterested you are.

Motivation: How To Fire Up Your Inner Drive

It happens to all of us. One day, we just wake up lacking the energy to do anything. Not wanting to go out of bed, not wanting to stay in it either. That's normal. That's the stuff of life, so to speak. What is not normal though is getting entangled with lack of energy, lack of drive, lack of motivation. What is not normal is to continuously talk yourself into the act of not doing anything. But what do you do when all the drive inside of you are purged out? Maybe you can begin with the following recommendations.

Think of the worst-case scenario - We have all been told that envisioning success is a good motivator. Now, why not do the exact opposite? Why not envision a future that is bleak, hopeless and stripped off all happiness and success. Why not envision yourself living eternally in a rut where sense of accomplishment and a tiny hope are inexistent?

Scary, right? Few people realise that they already own a one-way ticket towards this very vision. Now what you want to do is to get off your butt and work your way out of the train wreck you are heading to. Turn your life around and work for a goal. Now, that is getting motivated.

Set a date for change and commit to it - Change must come to everyone of us. Sometimes it is forced upon us, sometimes we choose when it will happen. It is always much more preferable to have control over the change that can take us over. If the change you are seeking requires a specific date on the calendar, then set it. Make a huge, red circle around the date and stick with it. Let this serve as a motivator to start doing the things you should have done weeks, months or years ago. Let this chosen date serve as the new beginning of your life.

Break the routine - When you're doing the same thing every day, sooner or later, the energy that you once had will drain out. No matter how passionate you were with your work, project, or goal when you were just beginning, you will suffer from lack of motivation once your body senses that it is doing the same thing day in, day out.

Don’t be afraid to break the routine once in a while. Quit work for a full day. Stop doing your routine for a week. Take a month-long holiday. Take on a new hobby for a year. These can help energise you and rekindle your drive. And while you're taking your break from your routine, don’t lose the faith that you will have the same kind of energy you once had by the time you get back to work.

Don’t lose sight of your goals - It is easy to lose your focus when there is too much distraction around. Whether it's the kids, clutter at your work area, Twitter or Facebook, you will find that these simple things remind you of other things that can drive your concentration away from the task at hand. To prevent yourself from killing your own motivation, always try to stick with your goals and shut out whatever it is that it trying to reduce it.

ACTION – The Key To SUCCESS

Action – is a very small word but without it nothing can ever manifest in your life.

Take this tiny million pound concept to heart, and your chosen pathway will unfold before you.

There is a well known and very much overlooked ‘secret’ that Masters and Super Achievers use continuously. It is a very basic, simple component that sets in motion all that exists in the human world. We all know it is real and absolutely necessary. Yet the vast majority of people do their level best to avoid it.

Without this ‘secret’, all dreams, hopes, wishes and well intentioned goals will remain in the imagination and will not materialise, as if placed in a box and stored away for a rainy day. The box will be pulled out on rainy afternoons, and your cherished ideas and goals dusted off and pondered once more. Some time will be spent in procrastinating the potential possibilities, and hopefulness will return. After some minutes spent pondering great thoughts with excitement, which will once again settle into complacency and with a tired resolve, the goals, ambitions and really serious potential will be carefully put to rest in the box once more without any changes being made.

The real definition of potential, to put it politely, is ‘worth nothing’. Goals, dreams, wishes, hopes and desire have only potential when ACTION add the ‘secret’ ingredient which leads to manifestation. Without it potential is not worth a thing in reality. There is so much latent potential lost in the world. But add the magic secret ingredient of ‘Action’, and your desires will become manifest before your eyes and empty your potential and goals into your real world.

This secret, magic ingredient known as ‘action’ is a million pound concept that great achievers have devoted their lives to – teaching and training others that ‘action’ is the key to success. All desires must begin their journey into manifestation somewhere. All things already exist, but you must accept them as they, or go and get them. You must actively allow results to happen. Take action, and get what it is you want.

Consider you are in a restaurant, and you want a piece of pie from the buffet table laid up for the diners. You will think about the delicious pie, and how much you are going to savour its taste. But if you really want it you have to get up from your chair, cross the restaurant floor and place the piece of pie on your plate in order to enjoy the pleasure of eating it. You must learn to accept that if you truly want something enough you have to take ACTION to get it.

Lose the potential, and take the action. Start and the path to success will unfold in front of you as you walk upon it. The pathway will continue as long as you wish to travel, but you must take that first step. Desire all you want, but without actually doing something about it, the reality will never manifest itself in front of you, and will remain in your imagination of “I wish to achieve..............”
you can fill in the gaps.

Don’t delay take action now, ‘it’s all about you’ taking responsibility to act, start and your path and success will unfold and reveal itself to you.

Till next time

Rosie

Motivation - Practical Tips To Get Yourself Up And Going

People have different issues with motivation. Some people find it hard to begin, while others find it excruciatingly hard to finish. Both ends of the tasks are often the hardest to accomplish. It could be because the task is unpleasant, uninteresting, or lacks the thing that makes you feel motivated to get off your butt and start working. When having troubles with getting or staying motivated, try these following tips.

Kick the habit of procrastination - Procrastination is very enticing, that is why many people are led to its path. But, never for a second believe that it is satisfying. Procrastination eats up a lot of your time while leaving nothing for you to get ahead with your task. Procrastination also leaves that lingering, powerful guilt feeling that saps the energy out of your body.

The unwashed laundry. The unfinished business plan. The project that lays idle on your table. All these are reminders that you haven’t done anything with your habit of procrastination. And all these produce that same sense of half-pleasure, half-guilt feeling produced by not doing the task on time.

Push yourself – Over pampering yourself is a bad habit, and a fatal one too. You may not lose your life while procrastinating, but you can lose your job, opportunities and the chances of success whenever you hesitate and delay your tasks. No one wants to miss out on these things, so just do the opposite of pampering, try to push yourself.

If you think you can do a task in one hour, try to finish it in 30 minutes. Add more outputs every day. Make yourself extra productive. There is a certain sense of pride and accomplishment in being able to defeat your worst enemy – yourself.

Be careful not to push yourself too hard though. Always leave time for rest and relaxation as these can charge your mind and body to keep your energy and interest in the things you do at the highest.

Stop talking yourself out of it - There are always two parts of your head that are battling for your attention. One part convinces you to start working on your task; the other gives you all the convincing arguments to delay your work. In most cases, the second part wins. But for people who have no serious issue with motivation, the good, inspiring side always wins out the debate. Always try to listen to that part that talks you into doing your tasks, not to the one that pulls you back to that cozy bed where you can steal a few minutes' worth more of rest.

Envision the completion of the task - Think like you have already finished your task. Few people appreciate the benefits of creating mental images of finished tasks. The reality though is, this can help a great deal in motivating you to get on with it. Think of the euphoria of not having anything to make you feel guilty. Or the sense of pride in being able to accomplish something. The more you think of the benefits of finishing your tasks, the more convinced you will become to get ahead with it.

A Winning Attitude Book

This book will inspire you to make changes in your life, in your character, to bring out the best of yourself. I have guided many clients whose personalities I felt displayed a need for gratitude to bring about positive change in their lives.

And I'm happy to say that those who took my advice to heart have reported a positive shift in their lives and a boost in the things they view as good, including increased wealth.

Even financial experts and the great achievers in life agree that gratitude is a vital component for increasing wealth and success. This basic premise of gratitude is to acquire a more positive and receptive state of being. Here is how it actually works.

You begin by being grateful for the smaller and more immediate things like having a place to live, food to eat, and a car to drive etc.,.
By placing yourself in this positive frame of mind through gratitude, you open yourself to all the good things the universe has to offer.

That is when you can actually begin to attract good things to you, and most of us could certainly benefit from this idea right now. As you become more comfortable with the positive things that basic gratitude brings, you will likely find yourself feeling grateful for even bigger things like being alive, learning hard lessons, your past mistakes, the freedom to make choices in life, and more.

This type of gratitude catapults you even further along the path to a successful and happy life. That's because you begin to lose your fear of change or loss and you begin to develop a deep appreciation for the exciting adventure that life truly is.

Once you reach the point where you remain in a constant state of gratitude, you will become a magnet that attracts the positive things to you . . . the things that resonate with who you are and what you desire to do with your life.

So, if you are ready to enjoy more happiness and wealth, I challenge you to take some time every day this week to note those things that you are grateful for, from the smallest little gifts to the bigger ones. And may you attract the most wonderful and beneficial things into your life.

Until next time,

Rosie

Enjoy Your Life: Change Your Point Of View

"Two men look out through the same bars: One sees the mud, and one sees the stars."
- Frederick Langbridge, A Cluster of Quiet Thoughts

If you’ve placed second in a writing contest, will you jump for joy and push for better results the next time or will you be discouraged and find an excuse not to join again?

In life, you are always filled with choices. You may opt to have a pessimist’s view and live a self-defeated life or you may decide to take the optimist’s route and take a challenging and fulfilling life.

So why nurture an optimist’s point of view? And why now?

Well, optimism has been linked to positive mood and good morale; to academic, athletic, military, occupational and political success; to popularity; to good health and even to long life and freedom from trauma.

On the other hand, the rates of depression and pessimism have never been higher. It affects middle-aged adults the same way it hits younger people. The mean age of onset has gone from 30 to 15. It is no longer a middle-aged housewife’s disorder but also a teen-ager’s disorder’ as well.

Here’s how optimists are in action and researches that back up why it really pays to be an optimist:

Optimists expect the best

The defining characteristic of pessimists is that they tend to believe bad events, which will last a long time and undermine everything they do, are their own fault.

The truth is optimists are confronted with the same hard knocks of this world. What differs is the way they explain their misfortune---it’s the opposite way. They tend to believe defeat is just a temporary setback, that its causes are confined to this one case.

Optimists tend to focus on and plan for the 'problem' at hand. They use 'positive reinterpretation.' In other words, they most likely reinterpret a negative experience in a way that helps them learn and grow. Such people are unfazed by bad situation, they perceive it is a challenge and try harder.

They won’t say “things will never get better,” “If I failed once, it will happen again” and “If I experience misfortune in one part of my life, then it will happen in my whole life.”

Positive expectancies of optimists also predict better reactions during transitions to new environments, sudden tragedies and unlikely turn of events. If they fall, they will stand up. They see opportunities instead of obstacles.

People respond positively to optimists

Optimists are proactive and less dependent on others for their happiness. They find no need to control or manipulate people. They usually draw people towards them. Their optimistic view of the world can be contagious and influence those they are with.

Optimism seems a socially desirable trait in all communities. Those who share optimism are generally accepted while those who spread gloom, panic and hysteria are treated unfavorably.

In life, these people often win elections; get voted most congenial and sought for advice.

When the going gets tough, optimists get tougher

Optimists typically maintain higher levels of subjective well-being during times of stress than do people who are less optimistic. In contrast, pessimists are likely to react to stressful events by denying that they exist or by avoiding dealing with problems. Pessimists are more likely to quit trying when difficulties arise.

They persevere. They just don’t give up easily, they are also known for their patience. Inching their way a step closer to that goal or elusive dream.

Optimists are healthier and live longer

Medical research has justified that simple pleasures and a positive outlook can cause a measurable increase in the body's ability to fight disease.

Optimists’ health is unusually good. They age well, much freer than most people from the usual physical ills of middle age. And they get to outlive those prone to negative thoughts.

So why not be an optimist today? And think positively towards a more fulfilled life.

Why not look forward to success in all your endeavors? Why not be resilient? Like everybody else you are bound to hit lows sometimes but don’t just stay there. Carry yourself out of the mud and improve your chances of getting back on the right track. And why not inspire others to remove their dark-colored glasses and see life in the bright side?

7 Ways To Improve Your Attitude

"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing; the last of the human freedoms—to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."

- Viktor Frankl

Attitude is everything. Yes, Everything.

It is more vital than events. It's more important than what's happened. Because attitude determines whether we are happy or unhappy, fulfilled or empty, the positive perspective assures us that we can never fail. A hopeful attitude guarantees internal success. Attitude - the altitude adjuster determines whether we fly high or low, crash or soar, glide or slide.

Anybody can have a positive attitude when things are going well. What really matters is its how you act when things are going badly that determines the strength of your character. An appropriate attitude means feeling hopeful in challenging times. Stop yourself. Count your blessings. Look for the good. Here are the magnificent 7 ways to improve your attitude:

1. Choose To Be Enthusiastic

Corporate presidents voted it the most valuable personality trait. It's the biggest single factor in successful selling. Think enthusiastically. Talk enthusiastically. Become enthusiastic by acting enthusiastic. Your thoughts and actions establish your level of enthusiasm.

2. Be Alive To Everything You Do

Walk fast. Put a bounce in your step. A vigorous, hearty handshake indicates you are glad to be alive and happy to be with the other person. A good smile radiates enthusiasm. Put spirit into your speech by varying the tempo, raising and lowering the pitch, changing the tone and modulation. Force yourself to act with enthusiasm, and soon you will feel enthusiastic.

3. Broadcast Good News

No one ever made a friend or accomplished anything worthwhile by transmitting bad news. Good news, on the other hand, promotes good will and spreads enthusiasm. The message, "Hey! I've got good news" gets the attention of everyone. Take sunshine to school or work. Always aim to make the person you talk to feel better than they otherwise would.

4. The Power Of Visualisation

Imagination powerfully influences successful outcomes. When imagination and willpower compete, the imagination always wins. Force of will never keep you striving for success, but proper visualisation will. All peak performers visualize success. Before you try to do anything, close your eyes and visualise yourself doing it well.

5. Positive Self-Talk

What did you say to yourself today? Did you moan and groan about everyone at school or work? Did you complain about your parents to your best friend? What we think is 100% reflected in how we feel. If all we think about is negative thoughts, our actions will be negative. Remember "I'm a 10! I'm Healthy! Wealthy! Happy! I do what I ought to do, when I ought to do it, whether I want to or not! No Debate! I love me!"

6. Love Others

How can we become more loving? By bringing encouragement, optimism, and hope to all that we meet. By helping others feel comfortable in our presence. By spreading joy and goodwill. By being concerned about the wishes and desires of others. By understanding, caring, accepting, and forgiving. By becoming more concerned about helping others achieve their individual desires.

7. Never Miss 1 to 6 Above

I think, I need not tell you the importance of this point!

Go, choose your Attitude and choose your own way!

Happiness And Self Power

People today appear to have lost direction in their lives, they lack enthusiasm and zest for life, failing to display gratitude for all the good things they already have in their life, like good health, partners, children, neighbours and friends as well as the life they have made for themselves through their work and achievements. To attract more happiness and success you must first be grateful for what you already have, this is lesson number one.

As consumerism takes over and the pursuit of money becomes more important today than good relationships and time spent with others, we must all be aware and not lose sight of exactly what life is all about, otherwise we are doomed to become trapped in a vicious circle of never having enough money to buy the bigger house, the newer car, luxurious holidays and designer clothes. I am not saying that you shouldn’t desire all these material possessions and a better lifestyle for ourselves, that is all possible when you shift your power to self power.

Let us take a look at what self power relates to. It means that our internal reference point is our own self, our spirit. The opposite of self-referral is object-referral. In object-referral we are always influenced by objects outside the self, which include money, status, titles, circumstances, people, and things. In object-referral we are constantly seeking the approval of others to determine our self worth.

Power based on object-referral, however, is false power. Being ego-based power, it lasts only as long as the object of reference is there. If you have a certain title – if you’re the president of the country or the chairman of a corporation – or if you have a lot of money, the power you enjoy goes with the title, with the job, with the money. Ego-based power will only last as long as those things last. As soon as the title, the job, the money go away, so does the power.

Self power, your true self, which is your spirit, your soul, is completely free of those things. It is immune to criticism, it is fearless of any challenge, and it feels beneath no one. And yet, it is also humble and feels superior to no one, because it recognizes that everyone else is the same Self, the same spirit in different disguises.

Self power, is permanent, because it is based on the knowledge of the self. And there are certain characteristics of self power. It draws people to you, and it also draws things that you want to you. It magnetizes people, situations, and circumstances to support your desires. This is also called support from the laws of nature. It is the support of divinity; it is the support that comes from being in the state of grace. Your power is such that you enjoy a bond with people, and people enjoy a bond with you.

Self power therefore is that of bonding with others – a bonding that comes from demonstrating love to other people. This can only be established when you are as a person completely at one with yourself, good self esteem, confidence and self belief, and from this strong secure power base you understand that in order to receive more happiness, more success you have to be very grateful for all the good things you already have in your life. Start with demonstrating gratitude and you will attract happiness and success from the energy you are sending out.

Here are a few quotes taken from my book Simple Steps to Happiness that should help you to understand the importance of firstly loving yourself and then giving out love to others;
Happiness is achieved when you live by and demonstrate the three R’s
respect for self, respect for others, and responsibility for all your actions

Happiness is further achieved when your life is balanced and you feel good physically, mentally and emotionally about yourself, watch your confidence grow

We actually manufacture our own unhappiness by thinking unhappy thoughts – like; anger, hatred, I fear this, I’m worried about that. Replace with pleasant thoughts of love, kindness and generosity

Be positive to every person you come into contact with – remember your attitude is what marks your character, and when there’s righteousness and love in your dealings with others, there is happiness.

Give out something of yourself daily – a compliment, a favour, offer your time to help out willingly – make a mental note of how it makes you feel when you consciously help others

Make every person you meet or speak with, feel important, feel special, they will like you for the attention and kindness you show towards them, and what’s more you win friends

Count your blessings everyday – happiness comes from realising just how fortunate you are in life, there is always someone worse off than yourself, remember that

Happiness comes from seeing smiling faces of young children and babies – puts a lot of life’s problems you think you have, in perspective.

Happiness comes from making a difference to someone else’s life, some who maybe thinks, they have been forgotten, and no one cares, brighten their day

Your life will change when you change your attitude towards yourself and others.

Develop Confidence and Self Belief

You have within you an energy POWER BASE that once unleashed, through daily meditation, visualisation and powerful self talk, bring all your dreams into reality.

Research shows that self confident people have indestructible self-belief, nothing can take away their feeling of self-worth and they bounce back from situations again and again. You can feel like this too. You have all that it takes to go for what you want and ride the ups and downs that life inevitably brings.

To achieve any goal in life, you must believe you are going to be successful. If you don’t then you are likely to fail, so developing ‘self belief’ is an essential ingredient for fulfilling your potential as an individual.

When you ‘believe in yourself’ you are empowered to take control of your life, your talents and abilities, leading to improved self confidence and self esteem and renewed personality. Your life is 100% in your hands, so start making changes today.

So how can the power of Self Belief be harnessed and used for self improvement and advancement in one’s life.

Firstly self belief, self confidence and self esteem are all essential ingredients to you improving your life, when you truly ‘believe in yourself’ life becomes richer and much easier to deal with. You can achieve more, you have less stress and anxiety and you are ready, because your new levels of confidence and self esteem to grasp opportunities as they arise. You are confident to step out and go after what life is offering you, always be aware of the signs, the co-incidences that make things happen. You will be attracting through your confidence and personality situations that will lead towards the successes you seek.

And it is a great feeling to know that with your new found confidence and strong belief in yourself, you are now capable of making and standing by your decisions, and to rely on yourself in difficult situations and overcome any obstacle that life throws at you. To tackle greater challenges, stretch yourself beyond limiting beliefs that in the past has held you back, making you push harder to face any difficult situations with confidence.

In fact once achieved, Self Belief will open doors for opportunities through your renewed personality by raising one’s personal energy and awareness levels, which attracts more positive situations to you.

When opportunities appear, they are a sign for you to make a change, to move forward, take a risk, giving you the opportunity to grow and develop into new levels of yourself, embrace the power within. When you take risks to achieve more, you are moving out of limiting beliefs you have of yourself, which in the past have kept you stuck in mediocrity and unfulfilling situations.

But unfortunately most people today have not learned this simple philosophy of life, but instead just relate to being restless, unhappy, not sure why or perhaps not given any energy to thinking that things could be better for them. Then because of this negative thought process they go round and round in circles everyday stuck in their stressful situation and unhappiness.

Start today to make the changes for a new and better life for yourself and your loved one’s. Embrace the confidence and self belief that things are becoming better in your life, you are by taking this attitude and approach making a commitment to change and thus attract better situations and opportunities into your life.

This is the NEW YOU IN ACTION.

Let Love Replace Religion

…changing the face of religion as we know it…

Research shows that “Human beings have a deep desire to be connected to something greater than ourselves”
There is ‘no religion’ in heaven – just spiritual beings, who have transcended this life, with no attachments to any one religion.

On earth, we are all spiritual beings in a physical body. We have incarnated to develop ourselves, through our character to reach higher levels of fulfillment that brings happiness, to become a better person through love and generosity towards others.

Years ago religion was necessary to maintain order in society and to keep the masses from knowledge, learning and developing beyond their stations in life. Therefore people were generally kept down through fear of the religious teachings who preached that God would punish people for not attending church or who did not follow the Ten Commandments. Basically people lived in fear, they were frightened to step out of line frightened that they would be victimized and punished by the church and society. Therefore Religions played an enormous role in the past by controlling them through fear.

Taking a look at religion and spirituality, one would probably link the two very closely together, but in real terms the two are not connected at all. We all know what religion means; being a member of a church, an order, a tribe or congregation that has fixed beliefs of a particular God or Spirit and religion demands that one has to congregate weekly to stay connected to that order.

But spirituality is something quite different, and most people are not aware of this difference. Spirituality means ‘living your physical reality to the full’, if this is the true definition then perhaps spirituality is linked more to developing oneself firstly through self love, self awareness, confidence, self belief, and from that inner position of strength and power, love towards others in the world.

So why does the church and the world’s various religious orders, continue playing such a leading role in people’s lives today, when their approach to God, the Divine spirit has remained unchanged and has not recognised or incorporated the changes we have seen over the past decades, demonstrating that individuals are searching for something outside of themselves. People are feeling unfulfilled, restless and looking for answers to give more meaning to their life and they are not looking to religion to fill this gap, as churches have instead chosen to remain fixed and stuck in their teachings for centuries, totally shut off and unaware to accept that people today are looking for new approaches and alternative avenues to develop themselves.

Don't Just Dream About It – Do It !

Are you dissatisfied with your life? If the answer is yes and you want to make changes, you’re no longer content with things the way they are –why shouldn’t you have a better lifestyle, self image, career and happiness, making life more enjoyable for you and everyone connected to you. Your life can be more fulfilling, enjoyable and fun? I believe the average person can change their world, turn dreams into reality and create the life they really want.

The reality is that what you want and what you desire all starts with you. Throughout life we have seen that a very small percentage of society actually reach and fulfill their dreams. Why do some people achieve and others do not, when we all have the same opportunities in life. Well I believe it starts with the individual, the character, the self belief, the determination to succeed in life, never giving up on one’s dreams and visions of what can be achieved.

I don’t believe that some people have more luck than others, I believe you make your own luck in life and you do that firstly by understanding yourself, the type of person you are, where your strengths lie, then by developing self-belief, confidence, motivation and determination to never give up in the face of adversity. Everyone has problems in life, I don’t know anyone who hasn’t had it tough at some time, but the lesson is to find the solution to a problem, overcome it, and then move forward again with enthusiasm, towards your dreams.

The great achievers in life know this, they have studied it, they know themselves, their strengths, their weaknesses and they use their strengths to the best of their ability by putting themselves in a position where luck finds them.

We all have opportunities presented to us on a daily basis, most people unfortunately do not recognise them or take advantage of them to move forward, but instead they become fearful of something new, of making changes for advancement in life. Then wonder why they are restless, unhappy and unfulfilled in their life. Life’s about having a purpose, something to aim for, to believe in, and once on track your life will open up to the possibilities which awaits you.

The message is quite clear, in order to move forward grasp life and the opportunities you will have to be prepared to make changes, but that shouldn’t be daunting or horrific. Once change is accepted and initiated the fear factor disappears and the new challenges on offer will excite and stimulate you into stretching yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of. Your confidence and self-belief will soar.

You can now hopefully appreciate just how easy life is meant to be, it’s not meant to be difficult or stressful, that’s what happens when people do not flow with life and changes when the time is right. If you can learn one thing from me then I would like you to realise that what you have created so far in your life is the direct result of decisions you have made in the past. Some of those decisions might have been right and some might have been wrong. But learn that your mind, your actions, and self belief will now help you to make new decisions based on what you want, and where you want to go in life, and the exciting journey you will enjoy on the road to your success.

Don’t just Dream about it – Do It, is really ‘All About You’

True Wealth - Is Good Health

If you are blessed with good health then are a very fortunate person, and you have possibly developed the right attitude towards good health which will include a balanced lifestyle, positive thinking and lots of fun and laughter, with little excesses of any kind.

It has been proven over the many years of research that your body is a very powerful self healing mechanism, and if you want it to get on with the job of keeping you well, then you have to create the environment in which healing and harmony can work. Remember good health is a talent, it’s not a right – you have to WORK at it like you do a career or a hobby.

Let me explain this a little more. Your body is a pretty complex mechanism, and after thousands of years of research, we know so little about it workings, but one thing we do know is that, the fluids and secretions have to be very finely balanced. Too much blood sugar and you have diabetes, too few red corpuscles and you get anaemia, a drop in blood pressure and you pass out, an increase in the bloods clotting rate and you get a thrombosis. The mechanical balance is as sensitive as the chemical.

One thing that most people are not told by doctors is that most illnesses stem from negative emotions, yes I know that the pain, symptoms and discomfort of symptoms are real enough, if you have an ulcer it hurts. The pain is caused by a muscular contraction of the stomach lining. It is common knowledge that an ulcer is a result of stress – and most diseases are. Because you’ve allowed yourself to have tension instead of peace, stress instead of serenity, you made yourself ill.

For you to be in a state of GOOD HEALTH you have to have everything in your body in balance and any imbalances in your body, the basic cause of ill health, comes from your emotions. And your emotions are triggered by your attitude, your attitude towards yourself, positive or negative, and your attitude towards others.

Therefore your attitude determines your emotional wellbeing.

When your attitude is negative and you complain and moan, and are not grateful for what you have, and not seeing the good in yourself or others then this attitude will eventually will cause dis-ease and stress in your body. When you are constantly repeating negative thoughts of jealousy, hate, resentfulness, and self pity you are attracting negativity into the body and hence blocking the flow of vibrant positive energy which keeps you well.

Avoid as much as possible these negative emotions

• PRIDE: excessive belief in one’s own abilities. It has been called the sin from which all others arise.
• ENVY: the desire for other people’s personality, status, abilities or situation
• GLUTTONY: an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires
• LUST: an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body
• ANGER: is manifested in the individual who opts for anger and fury instead of love
• GREED: is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the spiritual
• SLOTH: a general laziness and avoidance of physical or spiritual work

Now the way to start on the road to good health is to change your attitude, because the triggers in your body that control the emotional balance and imbalances, are affected by ATTITUDE. You have to now start by replacing your negative emotions with good emotions of Love, Tolerance, Co-operation, Kindness, Compassion and Generosity which will bring about a balanced outlook and personality which will create a healthier body and mind.

A Winning Attitude

Have you ever wondered why some people are more success than others in life?

Well the answer is to do with one’s attitude, your attitude will determine the end result of any situation you are confronted with in life. Positivity will always win over negativity in any given situation. Love always wins it is the strongest energy in the universe and cannot be destroyed, so always choose love and positive thinking in your life.

Here are some examples of how adopting a positive attitude and how it can work for you;

Remember – the QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE is influenced by your attitude, towards yourself and towards others, which only you can control, so begin thinking positively right now.

Why is your attitude so important?

Because.... it affects, how you look, what you say and what you do, if affects how you feel both physically and mentally ... and it largely affects how successful you are in achieving your purposes in life.

What will a positive Attitude do for me?

It will help you to focus on the good things in life instead of looking at the negative things that you don’t like.

Can a positive attitude guarantee me success?

Well, life is as you know full of ups and downs – there are good times and bad times. But a positive attitude will help you make the most of opportunities as they arise and a positive attitude will help you cope better when faced with problems to deal with, which we all have.

In fact POSITIVE attitudes make everyday living better and.....
....LIFE more meaningful
....PROBLEMS easier to handle
....GOALS more attainable
....MISTAKES less disastrous
....YOUR FUTURE more exciting

A person with a good character and a positive attitude have certain characteristics that make an individual stand out from others, it magnetizes people and opportunities that results in renewed confidence and success.

Thinking positively you must remember that your success in life is not based on what has happened in the past by what can happen in the future. Never look back only ever forward, the new you is waiting to shine from new heights and levels of awareness from deep within.

A positive attitude and approach to others will assist you in your everyday life, the person who opens the door for a young mum carrying a baby will feel better in themselves by demonstrating kindness. The thoughtful act of giving up your seat to an old lady on a crowded bus, giving your time to a voluntary cause, helping a neighbour to overcome a problem, listening to others when they want to share something with you, shows compassion and consideration for others. All these kind deeds are positive and if everyone took the time to just offer a kind gesture to others in our busy lives, we would all be helping to spread the positive energy of love and kindness throughout the world.

Rosie

Three Simple Steps To Create What You Want Thoughts – Belief - Action

Do you know how powerful your thoughts really are? Are you fully aware that these thoughts, all 50,000 per day, are singularly the most powerful influences on everything that happens to you in your life and are the reason you have attracted the people you know, the house you live in and the car you drive?

In fact the sum total of everyone's thoughts is the very thing that shapes everything that exists, everything that has existed, and everything that will ever exist. You may ask then "if this is true then shouldn't it be possible to bring into existence anything we desire?"

Well the short simple answer is YES!

It is through the power of deliberate thought that we can create. While thought alone does have the power to bring tangible (cars, houses, boats) and intangible (peace, harmony and joy) things into existence often times this is not enough! Intention, or directed thinking and believing, is enough to create powerful enough thoughts to manifest anything we want but you must also add two other ingredients.

Firstly, your thoughts must be backed by emotion. The more powerful the emotion, the stronger the thought. It is essential to create within you the same feelings that you will have when you actually achieve your desire. You actually do this all the time only in the opposite direction. For example, you think of what you are afraid may happen and all of a sudden you feel frightened, tense and may even start to exhibit some physiological symptoms such as sweating or shaking or just get the shivers.

The First Key - begin to reverse this method of thinking. Think only of what you do want and conjure up the feelings associated with that. How will it feel to meet and marry that perfect person? How will it feel behind the wheel of that new Mercedes or in the kitchen of that new home?

The Second Key ingredient of the three is action! It is necessary to be prepared to take some action. This is a key point that many personal development gurus leave out! The action that you need to take will not be difficult, it will be enjoyable and feel right to you.

Each of us here on the planet plays their own special role in the complete operation of the Universe. We are all One, interconnected and interdependent. Your desires will almost always come through some form of action and through connection to other people. Remember we are all inter-dependent.

Your thoughts do have the power to completely change your life and circumstances. When thoughts are backed by emotion they become an unstoppable force that will carry you to wherever you want to go in life. But you must be willing to take the steps towards your desires when these steps are presented to you.

For example thinking and believing you will meet your soul mate will bring you vast opportunities for meeting him/her but you never will if you sit at home all day and do not venture outside! You may find that you begin to get asked to go to places more often or get invited to a place you have never been before. You may even accidently meet old friends or develop new friendships. This is the Universe setting you on a path to your desires. Take that invitation. Even if it is something you have no desire to do or somewhere you do not want to go, you should accept the invitation. Who knows who you may meet or where you may end up!

So remember the THREE keys to success

Key 1-THOUGHTS have power!

Key 2-THOUGHTS backed by STRONG EMOTION and BELIEF can change the very Universe and create ANYTHING you want

Key 3 - ACTION is the last key needed to bringing about your desires and living the life of your dreams.

Now get out there and start to CREATE!
And always REMEMBER to say THANK YOU and show GRATITUDE for what you already have!

Rosie

The Power Of Your Thoughts

Do you know how powerful your thoughts really are? Why not give at least equal attention to positive statements that affirm those aspects and qualities of you and your life that you’d like to be so?

Some may argue that negative affirmations are a distortion of the truth, that “I’m not good enough”, “I can’t do anything right”, “This isn’t going to work”, and “I’m sick and tired of…” are merely observations of what’s so. The truth, however, is that our thoughts create our futures, not our pasts. When we make any of the above statements, we are creating (or attracting) the next experience evidencing it. Our flippant statement isn’t so benign; it’s actually the substance of the chains keeping us bound.

Affirmations help us imagine the way we want things to be instead of imagining that we’re observing how they are. They’re particularly useful in their power to help still and focus an undisciplined mind used to thinking in old, familiar patterns, many of them harmful and constrictive. When we repeat an affirmation over and over, whether out loud or in our minds, we “drown out” the incessant inner dialogue playing out its tired old tapes, ad nauseum.

To find the best positive affirmations for you to use in your life, look to the negative affirmations you’ve already been telling yourself. Look at its opposite: the want behind the complaint. Then turn that into your affirmation.

Instead of saying, “I’m not good enough”, try saying, “I am good enough; I deserve everything I want”. Instead of, “I can’t do anything right,” try, “I can do anything I put my mind to”. Replace “This isn’t going to work”, with , “Of course this will work”. Change, “I’m sick and tired of..”, to, “I have the absolute freedom and power to change how I respond to any situation in any moment”; that’s also the perfect replacement for: “This is how I am, this is how I’ve always been, I’ll never change”.

“I’m too old for this”, becomes “I’m only as old as I feel”. “Nobody loves me”, turns into, “I love myself and I am lovable, so of course the world is in love with me too”.

The science behind affirmations is explained in the theory of autosuggestion: the phenomenon whereby a person’s thoughts and beliefs produce physical symptoms. A physical symptom can be in the body or in one’s surroundings, one’s life situations. The practice of autosuggestion is the act of training the unconscious mind through repetition to believe chosen beliefs thereby producing desired physical effects.

Autosuggestion is used in hypnosis as well as in advertising. It is happening already, whether you consciously direct it or not. Why not take the reigns of your own mental processes and, in so doing, the process of conscious and deliberate creation. In the ABC’s of this process, ‘A’ is for Affirmatio
