Develop Your Inner Power Centre

This means training your mind to work with your subconscious mind - so you live the life you want and achieve your goals.

By developing your Inner Power you will make lasting changes in your life, changes that you haven't been able to make until now.

You will discover the Key to Success and how you can radically change or improve your life. So let's get started........

The Key To Success

If you want to be successful at anything you first have to believe that you can accomplish, your road to success lies is your belief system. If you have a negative belief system then your  success will be limited. If you have a positive belief system then you will enjoy success after success and a happy and rewarding life.

Beliefs are vibrations sent to the subconscious mind and the universe. These vibrations are then manifested in reality. We're going to look at how your limited beliefs create a limited reality and what you can do to change that.

Unfortunately most people don't believe that they can achieve their goals. They often wish they can - but they don't truly believe this. In the end they have a negative belief system that limits them.

Why?

Because a lot of people have been conditioned to believe that to achieve anything its difficult, that life is tough, that you have to fight to get to the top, etc.

These are all limited belief patterns that will destroy your chances for success. Any negative thought pattern or belief will create a vibration that will ultimately limit or destroy your chances for success.

Negative Thoughts

Where do these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs come from?

For most of your life, your mind has been reacting to situations, listening to others, following what other people say and basically going in a negative direction.

Why?

Because your mind has never been told what to do. Look at it this way: There's your mind - which contains all of these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs - and then there's
you - who wants to achieve all these wonderful goals.

However you have negative thought patterns that go against your ability to achieve your goals.

Example:

You want to be successful in your business. But your thought pattern is that you're not as good as your competitors, that your not capable of success, no one likes you, companies are cutting back so you won’t get any work.

If you have such a negative thought pattern and negative beliefs about your abilities - no matter how much you may want to do better and no matter how much you may want to improve your performance in your work - it won't happen.

Why not? Because you don't believe it will happen. Every belief you have is picked up by your subconscious mind and manifested in reality. Negative thought patterns lead to a negative belief about particular areas of your life. Your subconscious mind doesn't distinguish between what is
good for you and what is bad for you. It doesn't say: "Hey, let's not do that - it won't be good for you." That moral clause is in your mind - your subconscious simply responds to the instructions
from the mind. Those instructions are your thoughts, and beliefs.

That's why if you have a negative belief about something - your reality will represent that belief - and you continue to believe it - because you think it's true. It becomes a vicious cycle, which you
created in the first place because of the negative thought pattern that you held on to for so long.

Positive Thoughts

The only way you can break it is to change your beliefs - then your reality will change. Start changing your beliefs today and begin taking control of your life right now. This is what developing your inner power centre is all about – changing your negative beliefs to positive beliefs and action.

Start now to train your mind and subconscious mind to create the life you want. These daily exercises of positive thinking will change your life – believe it!

If you want to be successful, enjoy happiness and inner fulfillment, become more confident - then start examining the areas that need improvement.

Then take the next step and make note of your thought patterns? Do they limit you? Are they getting in the way of what you want to achieve? Do they help you accomplish your goals?

Lets take a look at some other examples of positive and negative beliefs.

Relationships

Suppose you want to meet the right person - but you believe that there are no good men or women out there. You believe that relationships are difficult and that you can't have a long-term relationship. You believe that all relationships come to an end.

No matter what you do, no matter what you try, you'll never meet the right person because your limiting belief system will stop you and sabotage every relationship and every opportunity for a
long-term relationship.

Money & Success

If you have a negative belief system about money or success, if you worry, get stressed, or get scared about the future - your subconscious will act on these beliefs and make them your reality. In many ways you destroy your own life, based on the negative thoughts that you constantly have.

Negative beliefs and negative thought patterns will make your life miserable.

Where do these negative beliefs and negative thought patterns come from? They come from how you interpret your past experiences, they come from your upbringing, they come from your childhood experiences, they come from conversations with friends, neighbours, and people you trust.

The good news is – you don't have to live with these beliefs forever. They don't have to be a part of your life from now on. You can change these negative thought patterns and negative beliefs
into powerful positive thoughts and powerful positive beliefs so that you achieve your goals and live the life you want.

Simple Rules Of Motivation

You can drag yourself up the same way you can drag yourself down. It is a choice you have to make every, single day. Whenever you are faced with this conflict of choices, bring with you these tiny nuggets of wisdom on motivation.

Never mind that you're not this or that

It all begins with little excuses like 'I don’t feel good', 'I am not that smart', 'I don't have enough faith in myself'. Then you start believing in these things like they are written in stone, then these negative beliefs become a part of your system, a part of who you are.

Don’t give a second's worth of recognition on these negative self-talks. Whenever you hear that part of your brain tell you things that can pull you down, shut it out and listen to that less powerful, but often times ignored voice that says 'you can!'.

Try to have a little faith - in yourself, in what you can do, and the things you believe in. It doesn't matter if you fail, everyone goes through that hurtful process. What matters is that every time you do, you bounce back, rebuild yourself, and give the world a better you.

Be very careful when choosing your side

You can either talk yourself into doing the task or not, which means you can either be a part of success that one part of your head says you can be, or take part in the downfall the other side of your head tries to go to. Always take that side of your brain that believes in you, that cares about your well-being, and pushes you to be the person you are trying to be.

Try to win the debate with yourself every time. Remember that sometimes, the act of doing something is not really difficult. It's the few minutes of mental chatter leading up to doing the act.

Hold on to that something that matters to you

There is nothing more meaningful in life than that something that we dearly hold on to. Some people call it their passion, others call it their cause. What do you call yours?

Cause, passion, or whatever it is that propels your inner drive to accomplish something is a very powerful source of motivation. It never runs dry. It flows so long as you hold on to that thing you care about. Sometimes, it is what makes people do the impossible in the face of difficulties. And it is that thing that gives them the courage to face and get through the biggest difficulties life throws at them.

Dream big

Big dreams inspire. It makes people work harder, with even more passion. What would happen to people if they have nothing to shoot for? Nothing. If there are no Olympic medals and several hundred Olympians to compete against, the champions will never exist. If Mount Everest is not the highest mountain, there will be no mountaineers and hikers who struggle everyday to reach the peak.

If you don’t dream big, you would stay forever in that nook of the world where everything is mediocre, where sense of achievement is an abstract concept, and where success is all but inexistent.

Compete with yourself

Competing with others is good, but oftentimes it is sure-fire way to demotivate yourself because you will start to compare yourself with others each and every time. Run your own, personal race. How many times have you heard the saying, 'you are your worst enemy'?

Are You A Good Listener?

The art of listening has a lot to do with the difference between hearing what someone is saying and actually paying full attention to what they are saying. What we simply hear can very easily come in one ear and go out the other, but when we really focus on listening to what the other person is saying, something physiological happens to us. We may register that information physically, emotionally, or intellectually! That is because when that information captures our attention, we involve ourselves with the information that is being shared with us.

I would like to share some tips for becoming a better listener. The first tip is that when someone else is talking to us, it is important not to interrupt them. It is true that we all have our stories to tell, but when we are listening to someone else talk it should be about them, not about us. So the next time you are listening and have the urge to interrupt, take a breath and refocus your attention on the other person. You just might learn something important, and at the very least the person you are with will appreciate your attentiveness.

The next tip to being a good listener is to abstain from holding judgment. The minute our judgment kicks in, our listening usually stops. That is because it is hard to pay attention when we become preoccupied with our personal opinion over what we are hearing. Moreover, putting aside our judgment puts the other person at ease and helps them feel more comfortable and relaxed, enabling them to be open and honest with us.

By becoming a good listener ourselves we set an example for those around us and create a better opportunity for ourselves to be heard. And on a different note, one of the greater benefits of being a good listener is that when we apply these principles to listening to our own inner voice, we gain access to a world of wisdom all our own.
